Job Responsibilities

• Organise and monitor religious programmes for staff, such as Hisnul Muslim, tazkirah, lectures, usrah, Islamic celebrations and related activities.
• Assist the Shariah Panel in reviewing company products, contracts, services, rules, policies and practices to ensure alignment with Shariah principles.
• Assist the Shariah Panel with periodic audits and prepare reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Provide counselling in disciplinary cases in collaboration with the Human Resources (HR) Department.
• Assist the Shariah Panel in training employees on Shariah principles and their implications for daily operations.
• Serve as secretariat to the company Halal Committee and manage matters related to halal certification.
• Explore accreditation opportunities relating to Shariah through government agencies, higher education institutions and other accredited bodies.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, including State Religious Executive Council offices, State Islamic Religious Departments, State Islamic Religious Councils, Zakat offices/boards, JAKIM and other Shariah-related institutions.
• Serve as imam for Zohor, Asar and Maghrib obligatory prayers and prepare the duty roster.
• Implement special projects under Muassasah Khairiah In Saff Care and collaborate with Administration on corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Experience Required

• At least a Diploma in Culinary Arts, Culinary Management, Hospitality Management, F&B Management or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the F&B industry or restaurant management, including experience as a Head Chef or an equivalent role.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• At least a Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Operations Management or an equivalent field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in ticketing.

Requirements & Preferred Skills

• Experience managing flight reservations and issuing airline tickets.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Malay and English.
• Detail-oriented, organised, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
